hI-OOPS-CAPS
hi. i have never rode trials before and i want to get into it. ive been looking on here and the information is all good. but could anyone suggest the best first trials bike for a begginer. need to give more information, like if your 6ft 5 and we suggest a base then youd look like a clown on it. generally though, something with good rear hub or freewheel, good rear brake, and decent cranks + bb, and you should have no bother with it. also how much you wanna spend? txt2007
best begginer bikes are probably onza as they're quite cheap and then upgrade it as you go along, and buy second hand and get more for your money
Sabiot
need to give more information, like if your 6ft 5 and we suggest a base then youd look like a clown on it. generally though, something with good rear hub or freewheel, good rear brake, and decent cranks + bb, and you should have no bother with it. also how much you wanna spend? Quick question. How the hell is he gunna know what any of this stuff is if he's never rode trials before? Most of these concerns and parts were parts I never cared much about or even thought about when I rode dirt and trails. Break it down for the guy. Everyone seems to be suggesting onza t-pro or some bike. I'm going to likely buy the monty alpine 08 I think it is? Anyways, I'd suggest your first one to have a seat because when you cant trackstand really well, not having a seat is a drag.

mitchell
hi there my first proper bike was my onza t-pro that i have just now it was really good for learning on due to it has decent brake and such like. T-comp are the same as t-pro so you should go for it and buy it. Mitchell
