Rides

This may sound like a stupid question, but why are rides nearly always planned for sundays? I would love to come to some of them but I work sundays and would love to see more rides happening saturday (especially around london or hertfordshire). So why always sundays?

Us Birmingham lot plan rides for Sundays because it's always the quietest/least busy day to ride on,

And a lot of the places we ride have security guards, but on sundays they're not there because nowhere is open.

And saturday is typically the most busy day.

That's us though, can't speak for anyone else.
