Sam-Addy A3
Hi, all you need to do is put your old sim card that is registered to contract into your new phone. If you don't have your old sin card then you need to go to a phone shop and buy a contract, they will then give you a new sim card to put into your new phone. Sam-Addy A3
You don't need to start a new contract. Just take your old sim out of your old phone and put it in your new phone. If you cant do that for some reason then you will have to start a new contract. Sam

Oh right, do you know why it wouldn't work? You should be able to transfer your contract onto a new sim. Sam

Sam-Addy A3
emergency calls only It says that when you only have a tiny bit of signal, put the sim in and leave it in for a bit, it should change. Mine does that, everyone's does. Sam
