Danny Kearns
Hey guys. The heatsink guide for doing this only shows it by setting the oven in degree's. My oven is set on gas mark. What gas mark should i put it on for removing material from plastic backings ? Let the oven heat up first and then put them in or just put them straight in ? How long should i leave them ? JonMack
5-6 would be best.
psycholist
You might need to put tinfoil over them to stop the outer surfaces burning depending on the oven you have too... Not at all unlike cooking ...
Luke Rainbird
To be honest, anywhere between 4-6 should be ok, just keep an eye on them as they're in there so as not to overdo it. As suggested, putting them in foil could help stop any damage to the pads too Chuck 'em in, turn the oven on to 5, when it's nearly up to temperature start trying to pull them out (careful, they'll be hot!) and that way they won't be in there any longer than they need to
