Ben John-Hynes
Right...2 questions,1) What's the geo?And 2) Are high BB bikes "tappable"? Can they be tapped?Because you never see anyone riding a high bb bike tap.Thanks,Ben.
Matthew_Gibson
Geo is I think Wheelbase: 1070mmBB rise: 60mmChainstays: 375mmReach have no ideaStand over height is about 5.5inch. NO idea about being tappable!
spartan
You mean like tapping a wall or w/e, the move. You clearly have never seen a damon watson video if thats the case.+60 and throwing down like 60" taps man.High bbs just take some gettting used to on the tap side. I find its easier to go to rear on a high bb bike with a tap but i dont get quite as high, for some reason.Cheers,Ian

N.Wood
I could tap on my old Levelboss (+5mm) then changed to a hifi (+55mm) and couldnt tap for shit then changed to a Czar (+35mm) and can now tap loads better. So in my experience, its easier to tap low bb bikes.

trials_pimp
Ive got an 06 GU.I went to it from an 04 Zoo Pitbul, and When i changed over I found tapping very hard, but once I had got used to it I could go Higher and found it easier. It was just a case of getting used to Hitting the Wall Lower down. philking
Yes you can tap them, its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.If you think about it, if everyone started riding trials on frames with +60 bb height and then for the firsrt time a company brought out a frame with +0 bb, everyone would probably be saying, "oh its so hard to tap bikes which don't have plus 60, don't get one because its pretty much impossible to do."The fact is that if you give it time you will get used to tapping no problem. The geo was deffinately +60bb, 1100 wheelbase, and i think 72 head angle.
cai
I can quite easily tap high bb mods, but maybe on stocks its different?

kyle-livesey
I had a 06 zoo pitbull couldn't tap, just before I got rid i found that I could tap to manual, but strugle now. But found it easer to go over 47 with lower bb.For some reason I could sidehop better with high bb.I reacan if I had high bb now I would be doing 50 plus now, but stuck at 47.Give it a shot you could be like damon and prefer a high bb to low.
