Skoze
It's times like these when somebody should make a thread for all things angry.EDIT: I've just read what it actually says, and thats just queer! They can't do that if you've done the overtime. Edited May 10, 2008 by Skoze

sideburns(dnt ask)
well normally they pay you youre overtime the at the end of the next month which i can understand but it would appear that its not being taken care of properly or summat cause its not getting put through so theres a big back log of it if that makes sense
Concussion
Six months? That's terrible, maybe illegal?
psycholist
There is the option of taking out a loan if you're sure the money will get paid to you. I'm not a fan of people being given easy credit and try to buy everything with money I have, but I've just had a class weekend riding trials in the sun - if I'd been without a bike I'd have been going nuts... Simpson
Have you spoken to your manager, district manager, read your contract, contacted citizens advise? Why you would speak to a bunch of 13 year olds on an online forum about delayed work payments? Especially in Trials Chat. If not you mught be able to take out a loan or something as mentioned earlyer.Quick google search, from a government website. "By law, your employer must give you a written 'pay statement' - usually called a 'payslip' - when or before you are paid your wages. It must include your gross pay, take-home pay and any deductions.Deductions that change (for example, Income Tax payments) must be individually listed each time. Fixed deductions (for example, trade union subscriptions) can be shown as one combined total provided you have been given an annual statement showing how that total breaks down. The annual statement must set out the amount of each fixed deduction and the intervals at which the amount is paid.Additional information might be included on your pay slip, including your National Insurance Number, tax codes and hourly rate. Also, payments like overtime, tips, bonuses etc might be shown separately. However, none of this information is required to be on your payslip."So looks like you should get it at the same time as normal pay, even if there is a backup, explain that thats not your f**king problem and it is their responsibility to sort it out
