Hi guys, ive just sold my jump bike tonight to aid buying a new frame for my Onza as im starting to really get into trials, i have about £175 to spend and thats how much a Bionic B2 Mod is off Trials-uk, has anyone got any experince with these frames/bikes?

How strong are they? Do they ride ok? Are they worth there money?

A friend of mine (actually 2) has the B1 stock, and after initially getting the impression that they were a bit of a 'budget' brand (going on the pricetag, mainly) I was pleased to see that the quality of the frames were no less than most other frames out there. The weight certainly isn't that silly, I think the B1 is about 1900g, which is pretty good - no more than other frames really.

If the geometry suits, buy with confidence, you'll be getting a decent quality product for sure :)

My B1 was really nice. But only reason due to selling is i have to many frames plus i'm not a fan of the 380 chain stays..

Paint is great. Very dent resistant, mine never dented. Disk mount.. And the overall quality is good.

Avoid the DOBs though, they really have no quality control going on with them.

And weight wise, 1900 grams for the B1 is light (especially with a disk mount). Deng frames tend to always be above 2000.
