I take it your on about eating things that will help you keep going whilst riding ....when i eat mc donalds and crap like that my riding gets real bad.....full stomach is naeee good for riding....

eat you nannas they are awsome......pastas also.......the key to it all is little amounts and often.......;)

on a big ride i usually take a big bottle of water some freshly cooked pasta with some tuna + a little sweetcorn in a pot and a can of red bull and a small bar of chocolate for energy later on in the ride
