If you do take them out and put them on the other side. it will move the calipers in so you dont catch your feet.(or have i misread the post?) Luke Rainbird Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Get the brake set up as far in as you can (which I'd imagine you'll have already done) and a little bit of tape to keep things tidy - I use a dab to hold the cable end in place, so don't actually go around the spring, but it should be fine. basher Posted May 1, 2008 Report Share Posted May 1, 2008 Bend the spring up towards the sky if you get me and that will sort it, its just bent slightly so its sitting on the bottom of the stopper and getting knocked off so by bending it up it won't.
