Clownbike
BOOM SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE THE ROOM, BOOM SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE THE ROOMI think he means they're not too good.Edit - I know the mod ones were a bit of a disaster, with many blowing up after little use. Andrex
Just get a second hand pro 2, still probably as good as a new one, if not just send it to hope. You should have bought the trials pro 2 not the xc version when you first got yours lol.
Clownbike
Thought the mod ones were stronger and longer lasting than the stock ones? The mod ones may well be stronger and last longer than the stock ones, ergo don't touch it with a barge pole. I spoke to Adam when i was considering going to freehub, suggesting a deng freehub. He said they've had a fair few blow up, however some did last, but recommended to steer clear of them. A profile seems to be a better investment IMO.

Rusevelt
Sounds like you have then, would you like to give us a review? No, that is not quite what i meant. What i meant was that this hub got plenty of reviews in various bike magazines, but it never saw the light of day in terms of great unit sales hense why no one stocking them nowadays. anyone who knows Middleburn make quality machined/cnc'd parts but only their crank parts seem to sell. Same goes for the goldtec hubs

Mat Smith!
i dont see how a 20 quid rear hub and a 30 quid freewheel is more expencive than a 200 quid or whatever pro 2, but meh, whatever, i run freehub and prefer it loads, aslong as it works who cares.Matx
