Krisboats
I did really see the point of contacting you about them, What would you off done? You can stand there and say I used them on a harsh grind but my rim cant even take a harsh grind.Firstly i think an apology would have been given, then i'd have asked you to return them and i'd clean them up to make sure they're not contaminated then have a proper look at them to see how quickly they're wearing. If the pads wore down ridiculously fast for us as well then we'd send a replacement set out straight away, no questions asked. I really don't want to slate you over the internet or suggest that your lying but like i said my own personal set have been on my bike in the same backings as yours since just after christmas and theres still a fair amount left. The fact that people who know you have also stated your grind wasn't light and that you dragged the brake whilst going down a hill, doesn't really reflect that the pads have been put through normal use.The truth is if you'd kept quiet and emailed us about it in the first place, you'd more than likely have had a free set stuck in with no questions asked. But bringing it up on here and having people contradict what your saying makes it much harder to simply and happily issue replacement pads. The fact that the pads pulled out of the backings is a concern though as i made a point of gluing them in firmly as you requested. On that alone we'd be willing to issue replacements by means of an apology and i can't see why you haven't brought it up earlier.Unfortunately we are still waiting on a new shipment of material and the only yellow pads we have left that aren't already in backings are random offcuts and mishapen pads (trapeziums instead of straight edged etc). If you'd like to send an email our way i'm sure we can come to an arrangement though.
Callum-Luvs-Trials
Sorry Kris for slanting neco pads.If you want I can send you back the pads. One of the pads Doesnt have the compounds in because when I took them of I noticed they were wobbling all over the place and the slighest pull made them come out.I can still send them back if you want? You wil be able to see that they have been slanted due to the pads coming out of the backings.
