Danny Swindlehurst
smart is thatbut i think to many peopel go to the extreame of getting there bike lighter when you dont need to
basher
smart is thatbut i think to many peopel go to the extreame of getting there bike lighter when you dont need to But it does make a big deifference in competitions its a fact pritty much, you would much rather ride a light bike for the 3/4 hours your riding in the comp than on a heavy bike. It makes a difference in sections as you dont get as tired quickly and that can be key when at a highish level. In street it dunt matter much as your stopping and starting riding your not riding constantly in a section for 2min.

walker
Not a fan of that. Think that paint job makes it look worse. If your trying to advertise the product, at least get some decent pictures up like Adam Read does. Use a flash.....Andrew Edited April 10, 2008 by walker

dave33
whys it painted if your going for a full on light bike
basher
Im guessing because hes a sponsored rider and it makes the bike look that alot more professional which will hopefully make it more appealing seeing as hes the only one rideing that perticular frame.edit: im guessing it looks like hes gone all weight weenie because of the rims, but arnt those proto rims either the onza pro series ones or the tensiles ones and will come standard like that. If your trying to advertise the product, at least get some decent pictures up like Adam Read does. Use a flash.....AndrewHmmmm....1. Joe took these snap shots just before he packed his bike up for Barcelona and then he e-mailed me to see what I thought of the paint job. He is not David Bailey for Christ sake.. 2. I'm not driving 5 hours to Exeter to book a studio and take some quality pics of a paint job that might not even come into production Just thought you guys might like to see the pics he sent.Rims will come like that as standard, He has not drilled them himself.
