spode@thinkbikes
Well, I don't know about you - but I got screwed over by the trains today and couldn't go on the London ride. So I got my trusty tripod out (not that one) and filmed some of the local lines in Tonbridge. Wet, cold, snowy. Perfect weather for lock on grips, ribo shoes and dual discs http://www.thinkbikes.com/video/thinkbikessnow
Tomm
That was quite cool. Some of the gaps were pretty big considering how much grip there must have been! Liked the hundred different gap variations too

J Trials 31
Wow! Nice riding! I can't do anything when it's raining let alone snow! Big props man!
spode@thinkbikes
Thanks guys. I didn't let the train situation get to me. I hadn't ridden all week and I was so looking forward to it! I'm looking back at it now and see some extra variations I should/could have added in. But that spot is deadly in this sort of weather. Hit it at a slight angle from a spin and it just slides out from underneath you. I don't think I mentioned this, but I edited it using the Open Source "Kino" which comes with Ubuntu. http://www.spodesabode.com/discussion/127/...s-video-editor/Would like to ride with you one day.Very good video, cool little lines. Nice bike as well.LOL. Oddly, I keep saying the same thing about you

They were a little squeeky mind you, you have to rub them a little to get the surface water off. Surfaces were nasty - I had a couple of close ones!I'm working a lot at the moment, but I'm sure I'll see you soon!

Bike looks really nice as well, i see you have some new parts...see you soon man...Yeah, new frame, cranks, hub, 74 kingz, bits and bobs. It's basically identical to my other bike now. Those hooks were really hard because the run-up is tricky - I have to carve into it and it really puts off my pedal strokes. Not to mention I kept hitting it at an angle - muchos dangerous in the snow! Still if I can get it in those conditions, then they should be even easier in the dry
