TheCircus
I assume there are other musicians here, show us your music projects, do it now. I've been playing with Garageband for a while, but I don't really like any of the drum sounds they have on it, does anyone know any free and decent samples of drums? Give them to me, thankyou. Also can anyone listen to my stuff and give me some tips on how to make the drums sound better? Here is what I've been doing recently, please ignore the bad sounding midi guitars. It sounds better in headphones, slightly. Anyway, I like it. SO MUST YOU.
Janson
Might be Trifle, my ska/pop punk band. Only live recordings up at the moment but there should be a 2-track single out in a bit, recorded at the Recordia studio in Varberg, Sweden.Nice Carpet, my first and now dead band. Played with them a few years back when I still lived in Linköping. Jammed with the singer and the bassist a few weeks ago which was cool, but nothing new there.I'm the drummer btw... Some parts sound good, some parts are really really midi.Try and find a Hack for Logic 8 - and the 50GB of plug ins Otherwise, it's on the money.... paolo
To get decent sounding drum kit, you could try finding a drum solo with a drum you like. Cut every single hits you can. Like just the bass drum, just the snare (gently, hard and very hard) toms blabla... then make a sample instrument from it (sound effects in garageband). I never actually tried it, but it sounds like a good plan.I'll try finding somewhere to post up some of my stuff...

*PHIL*
nah you need to signup first day of each month, ive just joined today so i dont have any invites. you need to be a power user or whateverif you know thebox.bz then its extremely similar to that site, theyre both full, but with thebox.bz you can keep trying to signup and usually you get through after a few tries, might be the same for PAT, its like when a user gets auto-deleted for bad ratio, a space becomes available.
