Walleee
It's unlikely that anyone here will know, apart from adam. I'd just wait and phone on tuesday morning cos it won't be sent until then anyway.
Tim hill is a dick... yeah
HSBC are having card processing issues this afternoon - this affects all orders, internet or telephone. We have notified HSBC of the problem and they assure us that they are working on solving it.We hope for normal 'service' to be resumed shortly. Thanks for your patience! That might be something to do with it. monkeyseemonkeydo
Do you mean the Pro Bolt ones? I'm adding one and it's showing as £0.00 for postage which I expect should be correct...The HSBC thing shouldn't affect anything on the website though. The Duck
Chances are you added a load of stuff to your basket (which totaled £5 postage), then didn't buy, deleted stuff from basket and just added 1 pro bolt bolt. It does that quite a lot. Just close your browser and re-open it, add the bolt to your basket again and it should be alright.

It does that quite a lot. Just close your browser and re-open it, add the bolt to your basket again and it should be alright. Don't even need to do that - just change the postage type back to 1st Class. If you have previously had the postage type as next day/Saturday etc, the site assumes you wanted this delivery option and saves it.Are they still taking orders tomoz?Yep - it's all sorted now! We'll be calling everyone who tried to place an order over the weekend.
