Ubuntu_user
Do the BB7s allow one finger braking? This is VERY important to me.

ogre
yes, but make sure you invest in a good lever (sd7 will be perfect) i've used crap levers and i've needed to use 2 sometimes but with a good lever and cable and setup one finger is fine

Ubuntu_user
Just what I wanted to know... as far as cables-would these work? http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/CA4...ke+Housing.aspxor what do you all recommend?
Tomm
Yeah that would be fine but I think those are aimed at preventing cables being damaged. In terms of lever feel and power, get some Odyssey Linear Slick cable if you can, failing that, maybe Avid Full Metal Jackets. To be honest it doesn't make a huge amount of difference. Buying the BB7 is 90% of the way to a great front brake, cables really don't make THAT much difference to power, only 'feel'.
