I can only do very short manuals and it took me ages to learn but as mod-mike said get your weight to the back of the bike and pull on the handle bars. When i found it hard in the very begining i dug my bmx out of the shed and started practicing flatland tricks and then i practiced doing huge wheelies on my motorbikes. The bmx manuals easier than my t-rex so its like baby steps but as your riding a mod i'm not sure, and the wheelies on my enduro and trials motorbikes helped for balance.

Yeah I can just about manual my t-rex. The frame seems pretty long with a low front when you first ride it, but advice remains as above, but also crouch low when ur doing it...ull find the front much easier to lift

Manuals take everyone a long time to learn, so just keep at it everytime ur riding along a smooth surface really.

Start on flat surfaces, then when you get used to feathering the rear brake move to downhill surfaces so they last longer

With me, when the bike slows down a lot, the front seems to drop, I end up almost in a standing position trying to keep the front up.

I guess Im still learning the final stage, which is pumping out the legs to keep the front up. Ull see what I mean.

Hope this helps (Y)
