Yeah, used to have Echo hifi stem, viz max bars, 10mm spacer didnt get on well with that at all way to low,

Also used T-master stem and GU flat bars, Found that Alryt But when i changed to the team stem and riser bars it felt alot more nicer to ride (Y)

You could just tilt your bars really far forward like what half of Inverness has already done. Will make the bike feel a bit longer but will have lower bar height.

done that its just the bars dnt have much of a rise and to be totaly honest the stem isnt that high as others i preferd like my tryall

awesome cheers looks liek i might get echo team stem

echo team stem and monty 221ti bars extended to 30 inch, maybe onza carbon risers, or zoo if your into that, the new uns dont have much rise though, so a t master stem might be needed.

Matx

sounds good another one for echo team stem, ive had monty bars onld oens were nice but cut to short, try all rage bars were a bit longer and also nice on the monsterboy ill probably consider one of the two then unless anyone comes up with something else.

On a short bike its got to be riser bars without doubt. Montys are my preference. Ive been on tartyadams dob and that rides so nice. He changed from a monty stem to a tms one as he says it suits the geo well and it does. It is preference though. Seeing as its a short frame i think a long high stem suits well as it makes the bike not feel super tiny and also lets you pull the front up nicely.

Ring adam up and have a chat to him.

That's pretty much what I'd say also... seconded on the Monty bars - although the Rage bars are the same shape and a little wider should you prefer that :)

For the stem... what did you have on your Monsterboy? The TMS one I have is 150 x 30 and works well. Don't forget also that the back end of the DOB is 350 (13mm shorter than most) so the front end is effectively longer (Y)
