Ladd
Contaminated disc and pads? New disc and pads would be amazing, Just get the disc hot and pour water on it

dan_addison
Clean the rotor with disc break cleaner. Check/clean pads, if the pads are contaminated sand them down a couple of mm. works everytime

craigjames
Clean the rotor with disc break cleaner. Check/clean pads, if the pads are contaminated sand them down a couple of mm. works everytimeno it doesnt, if the pads are contaminated fully then what evers contaminated them most of the time has soaked through the pad material....New pads and rotar and new cable will sort it out.defo new pads, clean the disc with an alcohol wipe and then a clean cloth and water. new cable if the old one feels rough. should be sorted. make sure everything is set up square and is tight.
