Tomm
Someone should build a bike that is completly white. So we could laugh at them behind their back?
Greetings
Not keen on the looks to be honest. White tyres just look wrong. The frame itself is a beauty though, will be getting one some time this/next year edit:Adam, could you explain the geometry for me? You write this frame clears 18:16T gear ratio but the CS length is 380mm. For 18:16 it should be ~375 or ~377 for 18:15. So how do you get 380mm?What's the adjustability of the CS length on that frame? Edited March 23, 2008 by Inur

With a new chain and 18:15 Bigmans Giaco was 381.Not sure, but will measure the next one we get in.

When I *finally* sorted out my chainline on my BMX by getting a spline-drive sprocket, I had to move my wheel back a bit because of the way the chain was now pulling straight instead of at an angle. I'm assuming that bearing in mind they were probably setup at TB.co.uk HQ, they were probably built right so they had chain-line that worked, but yeah, just sayin'... AdamR28
Ah yeah - cheers for that Mark, forgot about that! How much difference did it make for you btw? 1-2mm?

Mark W
Ah yeah - cheers for that Mark, forgot about that! How much difference did it make for you btw? 1-2mm?My chain line was about 4mm off (:$), and it made a noticeable difference. I can't remember exactly, but it does mean I effectively can't run a peg on my rear hub now. Sour.

I think most mod bikes run at about 10mm out so I wouldn't worry about 4mm, haha.Edit: Hang on... doing the maths, it makes a negligible difference... Mark W
It's made a difference to my chain's life expectanty - used to tweak the sideplates off the pins on the regs.May have been more than 4, I had to put 2 'thick' spacers and 1 thin on, and I have a feeling the "thin" spacers may be 2.5mm instead. So yeah, more like 6-7mm, maybe? Spline-driver looks wild, no sprocket bolt so there's just BB, BB spacer, spindle spacer, sprocket, spacer, spacer, spacer, crank.
