Bars: Rage Vs. Onza Carbon

It's time for new bars. The Simtra I am using now are too flat. I'm looking to save a bit of weight, so I've narrowed it down to betwen the Onza Carbon and the Tryall Rage bars. They cost the same and weigh the same. Which would be better? Style of riding is mostly TGS, as there isn't really any natural in my area. I need something that will hold up.

Thanks in advance.

Can't really compare the two. They have a completely different geometry and personally i find handlebars influence the way a bike rides almost as much as a frame does.

The TA will feel like Onzas on a longer and higher stem. Depends what you prefer. I'd recommend Tryalls since they're quite similar (or identical) to Montys and those are brilliant.

i've had both of these bars, and like inur said they're very different bars and hard to compare, its preference.

i like the shape of the rage, i had it as an upgrade from my old doublewall, had a nice streety feel to it (though i don't like the sweep) on my stock and nice and stiff.

i got bored and when i had my new frame i decided to make a change on the bars to the carbon, and i must say i am loving them more than i loved my rage when i first got them, but like i said its real hard to compare, as it was on different frames so the geo is influencing how i have my opinions towards them.

i say carbon, purely because i like wider bars as well :)
