Hendrix
should have an inbuilt amp of some sort. Do you plug it into the wall for power, or not ?
tomturd
kk cheers ill have a look in maplins tomorrow ive got one of those beasts you think ill need an amp ? or would plugging it straight into computer be ok ?Hard to tell from the picture. If it has a plug on it then it won't need an amp. If its JUST a sub (and other speakers don't plug into it) then you'll need an amp for your speakers. Otherwise you'll be hearing a lot of bass and not much else.

Hendrix
nah it has got a massive speaker on the bottom and yes it plugs into the mainsThen you won't need an amp for that. BUT - Does it have outputs for other speakers ? If it does, you won't need another amp, it will power them all.

Hendrix
You won't need an amp if you want to put any more speakers onto it. It is basically the sub and the amp. Looks like it should have a nice bass punch
MadManMike
That mission sub is a beast - I used to sell them You'll have speaker outputs on it and phono inputs - just get a 2.5mm Stereo jack to 2 Phono lead. Plug the 2.5mm Jack into your PC's Headphone or output socket and the phono's into the subs input and you're away
