Sidehop Stuart
why is the Zona Zip frame more expensive in silver than grey?
Muel
The silver finishing is more expensive to produce, with the grey it doesn't need much cleaning up before the paint goes on, whereas in silver it is brushed so it all gets cleaned up before laquering.I think. Guest
aye m guess would be polishing, the painted one is probobly just welded and sprayed, where as the silver need to be polished after welding, and then laquered.

Alex Dark
there's far more prep work involved in poliushing a frame rather than spraying it...its not just the cost of paint, the silver one has to be meticulously stripped and buffed then lacquered
