walker
fair enough, try some new things, slightly different style of riding maybe...
trials_pimp
Sell your bike and get another one. Try a completely differnt build to what you have.Try swapping to a Mod if you ride stock, or vice versaMaybe even have a go on 24"What about starting again, with your other foot? Making trials hard again, and have the incentve to learn once more?Or even something as simple as trying another style of riding, go UCI, Full street, BIU, Manifesto ect

monkeyseemonkeydo
Seeing as you're on 24", either get down to some rocks and have a stab at something totally different or go and watch every bit of film of Danny Mac you can find... always does it for me!! Danny Kearns
When i felt like i was losind interesti joined this forumand went on a HUGE ride with loads of peopleit wasn't the level of riding that got me back into itit was the amazing peopleeach one different and specialJust made me so happynow i feel like i'll never stop riding!BenPritty much says it all. It come to a point in riding for me. That i put a topic up on here to sell my bike. Was really fed up, my ability just kept getting worse. Then invited to a Brum ride, Not a big one, was just me, Owen, Benjaminge, Dec and Ben i think. First time i'd rode/spoke to these guys so was nice of them to ask me. We rarely rode all day, but my god, had a right laugh with these lads, some nice riding went down but the laugh was hilarious, was a perfect day. With having to ride on my own in made me feel much better. But i realised one thing. You can see Trials from 2 perspective's. One is - Go riding/go on rides. Don't do hardly any talking or socializing, always looking at the biggest stuff and sitting there with camera all day making sure you get it, making sure your competiting with the top guys always. Or. You can go out riding/go on a ride, talk and ride casually with everyone else, leave camera in bag unless it's something special and basically get to know people, Christ, I wouldn't know half the people i know if it wasn't for Trials, There's alot of riders out there and pritty much all of them are top lads, its all about talking, riding casually and having a laugh. You lot may think im talking out my arse when i say its about having a laugh cause' im sponsored and i make vids etc. Thats my decision, doesn't mean i don't talk on rides and piss about. I mainly film when i with one or two people. But it's very rare i film on a big ride.So just get out there. Meet new people. Really it helps. S'all about the people you ride with that makes the difference.Don't give in, This feeling 'will pass'. Did for me.All the best,Danny.just wondering ben, whos the most special person you've rode with?steveAnd Of Course Ben is reffering to me Haha,Peace,Danny. esfrost
I just watch videos, when i lost my inspiration, or just do something with my bike, sometimes the smallest difference makes me wanna go ride, like setting a bar into a new position. Sometimes i just buy something new, and that makes me wanna go ride much more...
DTT - Echo Team
kinda of a similar thing for me, but i just havent been able to ride for about a year, and for most of it, it didnt really bother me, i would look on here every was often and download a vid here an there.but lately ive had a massive urge to get back into it, cuz ive emmegrated i dont know too many people or have much to do. and it seem abit crazy but ive found myself as im going places, looking at things and thinkin how i could ride it.not really the same, but as people have said, if you love it just keep on, and it needs abit of effort like goin on rides etc. but it'll come back.ross
