wally
Right i need some help from you computer wizzes for a practical joke.I know that in Microsoft Word you can set desired words to auto correct once typed. For example, you set cat to change to dog every time it is written. My question is can this be done for the whole computer through its settings, so that it works when they are typing on msn or even on the internet?I hope it makes sense! Tomm
No. Not unless you can find some software that will do it - I don't know of any.
wally
Hmm yeah i wasnt sure if it was possible or not. I bet there must be a little downloadable programme some where that can recognise what it being typed and then correct it.

JD™
check the programs in your task bar at college (right hand side of start menu if you didnt know and/or I've called it the wrong name!) and write down the names of them. Through a process of elimination we should be able to work out which one it is that does it.Cheers
