Black mumbas had completely different geo... they were extremely short, like 1005-1020 wheelbase.

I do know someone who's got a black mumba, with bashplate mounts neatly cut off. there is a tiny tiny tiny crack in where the bashplate mount met the chainstay yoke... but that's like nothing, and Zona Zips suffer from it too and the crack never spreads really.

Long Pythons vary in length, it all depends on your forks and how far you pull your wheel out. Anything from 1045-1070mm really. I'm under 6ft, yet I really do love the geometry, I can't stress how much i enjoy the massive leverage for gaps. And with a high stem, I can still pop out the odd manual or bunny. :)
