Need Some Help With What Bb I Need For My Frame.

I will be ordering a Base TA and an echo/VP square taper bottom bracket. It has 2 choices from 122.5MM axle or 127.5MM axle? Which one do i pick? I don't understand this. Thanks Sam.

depends if your running ffw and bash.

if you are you need 127.5mm

and if your not pic 122.5mm

No i don't use ffw, i have a rear cassette, i will be ordering some onza t bird cranks with bash though... so? I wont be ordering the cranks anytime soon. Maybe 3-4 weeks or so.
