Stem - Bike Set Up?

Hi

I am just starting out with trials to get a bit of fitness and for a bit of fun. I have bought a onza t-comp (I know it will break soon but it was cheap to get me started). I have been playing about and the set up doesn't feel right. I rode my mates monty and I could do a lot more on that than I can mine.

I always feel like I am too far over the front of the bike. Do I just need some practice or can I set the bike up better?

I am 6ft 3" and am using a 180mm stem with a 45 degrees angle at the min.

Any ideas on how to set it up better would be appriciated.

Cheers

Tom

only way is a new frame which is a bit of shame seen as you've just bought your bike

You talk shit

A new bar and stem should sort your problem. You liked your mates bars which will have been monty bars im guessing. So a pair of riser bars like monty would be a good start and also if you feel like you over the front to much your set up must be to low? so montys will help give a higher set up as there riser bars. As for stem im unsure, something high i guess.
