adz_rolls
HiI am just getting back into trials so im not a beginner and im in need of getting myself a bike but i dont want to spend a fortune.I am trying to decide between a mission reefer and a diamondback tekiya. Both bikes are off ebay. I like the reefer but i prefer the look of the tekiya frame, it seems to be more trials specific. the tekiya has mission wheel setup amongst other upgrades and i already have maguras so im not worried about the breaks. I just wondered has anyone here ridden the tekiya? if so, what did you think? the reefer is £275 and the tekiya has £165 starting bid or buy now of £215.CheersAdam

NileBrown™
Yeah definitly the diamondback mate, the frames are a lot more 'new school' compared to the missions old frame shape. Also you mite find that the diamonback would be worth more should you want to sell it on etc.

Rusevelt
The DB tekiya is the one to go for as Mission have been out of the trials market for some time now and you'll have a hard time selling one when you wanna upgrade to a deng. or checkout halfords store and enquire about Bionic trials frames £175. checkout Tartybikes, Selectbikes, on their sales items. the Simtra 26in frame is now on a special 50% off rrp at tartybikes £149. that is probably your best deal at the mo but act fast as this offer ends this month. Krisboats
Imo, Diamond backs are better than the 'Phase' stuffThe phase frame is very nice, very flicky and still feeling long.

(albeit without a seat)
