Hi guys soon iam making the move to 24" and i was wondering about bars and stem that would give me a nice set up , my idea atm is to buy some azonic bars with 2.5 inch rise and a very short hope stem and then run 20mm of spacers . So what will the bike handle like with this set up ?

another option i have is to keep my zoo bars and use something like a pazaz stem but iam real after a bmx/dirtjumper feel to the bike as it will have gears so that i can ride to work, go to the park and most importantly ride trials . any help would be great (Y)

Your idea sounds spot on, its generaly what most 24 riders are running.

length of stem is upto you , but generaly 90mm is good.

I'd be wary of running a 'very short' stem... Not if you want to do some proper trials on the bike. My setup on my Inspired is a Simtra ReSyStem which is 115x15 together with hi rise (2") Easton EA30's. Seems perfect- bunnyhops like a beast but is also comfortable sidehopping and gapping etc.
