Right, bought some trainers on the 24th of feb. I payed with my dads paypal, I emailed him on the wednesday and asked him where they are, it didn't register as paid with ebay but he checked on paypal and said it had. The guy then said he would send them Thursday. Tonight he emails me saying it hasn't been sent off. It was guaranteed next day delivery so he's f**ked me about.

I'm a bit of a noob with complaining and shit. So I need some advice now, what do I do?

a) Threaten with bad feedback and ask for a part refund?

B) Give him bad feedback and send death threats

c) Leave it

Or something else?

He's given me a tracking number now, how do I see where it is?

Well, at least he isn't bullshitting you. If he says he sent it and it got 'lost in the post' then I'd be worrying. Seems likes he's told you the truth (even if he is a bit unreliable), so just be patient I reckon.

C)

If you ask for a part refund, he'll agree to it, but you'll never see it

Leave him bad feedback and you'll get bad in return

He sounds like he's been honest with you so far, so just wait til they arrive and be happy they did

eBay is crap like that

By any chance is the seller "retrokicks"?

Just realiuse di had exactly the same happen and he agreed to a £10 partial refund which i never saw.

if its him definitely leave negative and open a claim with paypal for the refund he initially promised.
