I've only been on 26" for a few months and still getting used to it, think I need to lose some weight before comps start, everything feels like hard work compared to 20" and the bikes making a lot of loud bangs! irish108 Posted March 6, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 Thanks for all the kind words, I've always thought my style and posture were pretty poor but nice to know some people disagree. Definitely staying with 26" now I seem to enjoy it more and its more competitive, if everyone competes at the nationals this year - savage, burton, butler, slinger? ali c and who ever else pulls their finger out then a top rider is going to be finishing 6th or worse! Very healthy. Certainly much better than the situation where top riders can afford a bad ride and still win. Rivalry is good for us as a nation, and you never know with the relatively young age of all our top competition riders we may even catch up with the french one day.
