Tom Booth
My god, new bars ***. Rode to work an back, rides amazing. Felt sooooo good. Back wheels feel alot nicer, pulls alot nicer, keeping it on the back wheel after a back wheel feels alot nicer Abit shorter then usual, but meh. I'm not that desperate for the extra balance. makrela
Those are dmr moto rt tyres? They are good for street riding? Can you tell me the weight of those?
Tom Booth
There good tyres in my opinion, There abit hard to get the ballance between getting them rolling nicely, but still grippy, but its all in the pressure. Went and had a skatepark mission earlier, Sooooo nice Bunnyhops still getting higher. Tightened my chain, then spread the oily filth on my rim by accident Contamination for the loose. Rebelistic
Nice bike!Looks good with those bars/stem. I've just built up my 04 Pure again with echo bars/stem. After seeing yours I'm thinking of maybe fitting riser bars rather than my flat echo bars.Do you do side hops on yours - That seems to be the weak spot on mine everything else feels pretty good. Tom Booth
I never learnt sidehops, so nah, I don't do them! They just look horribley awkward. It gaps nice thou! The bars have made a nice addition when it comes to backwheeling too. Allround awsomeness.

monkeyseemonkeydo
Damn you, Dave. Persuaded me to get some of the dmr tyres like I used to have, Loooooove them, such fast rolling tyres.Mwahaha!! More streety tyres just make my bike feel so much better... I guess I'd get used to the Maxxis' if I rode them for a while but until I find something the DMR's and tioga can't handle I'm happy! Was even playing round on some jumps and North Shore stuff in the woods yesterday and no worries.Bike looks really nice, must be a beast on the street! Interesting colour choice too... kinda reminds me of what I'd expect the inside of a prison or battleship would look like!
