So when will I know about my no claims bonus? or do I just take it as granted that I've already had it? Am i supposed to recieve a document or something? Could do with it sharpish as Im going home in 2 weeks time Can someone tell me what happens with NCB please? thanks
Jolfa
You just have it, if you need a certificate for your renewal though you can ring up and ask for one
TomR
As said its just yours, if you need a certificate then you can request it, which they will provide as theyre bound by law to do so. In most cases your current insurer will phone up your previous insurer and ask them, if its not already on some super-dooper-database somewhere. br3n
if u stick with the same company, ie renew you dont get any writen notification, you will if you leave or cancel your insurance policy with them though.Note, if you taker out one of those 10 month policies which give you "1 years NCB" you'll never get written proof, That years NCB is only valid within that company, So basically a ocmpletly useless offer unless u wanna stay with one company all your life, Not to mention the price looks cheaper because its MINUS 2 months... :/ heh. matt rushton
Normally you get a renewal form and it says on there.
