richporter
This is an old Voxom BMX crank off a previous bike. Being a BMX crank it also has the BMX BB to go with it too. What i am wondering is, would this fit an ISIS bottom bracket or is this some completely proprietary fitting altogether. I'd perhaps like to use it on my trials bike which currently runs on a tapered BB and can't test it!Many thanks for looking!Rich
Skoze
I'm no expert, but thats completely different. Its kinda splined, and an isis is just like spikey
Muel
Aye, the bits that stick in on that are squareish, on ISIS, they are round.
richporter
Bah, thats what i was afraid of. Does anyone know if MTB style bottom brackets are made for cranks like this ? Or should i write these off and buy some proper ISIS ones?
Token
Just to confirm, I've got an ISIS BB sitting infront of me an there are 10 splines on it. Looking at the crank you've got there, I think there are only 8 so it definitely won't fit.
