Sponge
08 Echo Lite DD? Looks waaaayyy better than the 08 Lite HS33 for starters. (Fun Fact of the day: 08 Lite HS33s have a flawed dropout and clamping property.. i hope the Disc vesion's different dropouts avoid this problem)The new GU ST seems pretty decent too... almost an exact replica of the 06 GU Typhoon in design but black and disc-mounted.Not a fan of Czars. ..::littlesam::..
I agree, i think the Gu ST looks nice and has a nice geo. The echo light i am not sure about that as i have never ridden one i am sure it will be a nice frame , looking at the geo i reckon it will be nice. ( Ask Adam about the DOB they look nice not sure how long it is though) hope this helps. Sam x
eskimo
A bigger stem might help. Bionic mods look nice and seem like a good deal. To be fair the lightness doesn't seem to affect the stifness and strength at all. Well that's what i've found the stock anyway. Your just have to try some frames out for a lengthy amount of time. Adrian
personaly id go for the GU st, and also the nice thing about them is theyre like brand new and not many people have them so itll keep the wow factor for longer, and theyre also amazing looking and built bikes, super strong and not heavy either

Just interested, I have a spare 07 frame at home, they are the same as the 08 maggy frame I believe. My 08 lite is the best bike I have ever ridden. I have the long, but it's only 1030 with Echo Lite forks so it doesn't feel very long. Not like my 1065 Zona Zip did anyway! (1065 with T-Pro forks, 1045 with Echo Lites).
