NileBrownâ„¢
Just leave it mate, im sure it looks ok, as it goes for strength, any deng frame will be fine
jizz123
it should be fine just keep an eye on it.dents dont seem to do alot and dont make much difference to the frame.
Muel
A little dent like that will do f**k all, the only dent I've heard of cracking was Partz' one in his Hydroxx, and apparantly that was a huge ass dent.
Captain Scarlet
Pretty much all dents are fine, rail sized dents are the ones to keep an eye on.Also it depends on where the dent is, if its nearish to the BB then you should be fine. nicks
you should be okay
N.Wood
To add to the thread, generally if you land on a round rail or other rounded object, it'll have a nice curved dent that won't affect strength much at all.Though sometimes if you land really hard on a sharp corner it'll give a V shaped dent and these tend to form cracks more easily due to all the stress being concentrated at the point. Ladd
Dents are fine, If its a koxx frame just check the dent for cracks, Koxx frames seem to be alot weaker than others.
kevinc
A little dent like that will do f**k all, the only dent I've heard of cracking was Partz' one in his Hydroxx, and apparantly that was a huge ass dent. That was no where near a dent. It was more like a crater! As for the dent, it should be fine aslong as it's small and round.
Ben John-Hynes
How do you dent the top tube?
Dan6061
I've had a small dent on my downtube for around 2 years? Been fine.Only dents i've seen lead to cracks/snaps are stupidly big ones, like Poopipe's old T-Pro.You'll be fine.
