NVWOCI WVS Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 You might be better off with a helicoil in there, but you can get a set of taps and dies from screwfix or somewhere.You have to be careful with some taps, and make sure you do them all in the right order, but the cheap ones only have one tap per thread size so you cant go far wrong!...Just remember, a small turn forwards, then a small turn back, and keep going like this until you've tapped it to the right length!
