squeaky
i would just strip the paint of the bike myself and clean it up then go to halfords or somewhere that sells car paint and i would buy a primer, a white paint and then i would get a clear spray to. the clear spray will give some protection to the paint and would also give it a shine. kristov
Take most parts of the bike and put masking tape over the bb and head set.Make sure the masking covering these is not going to leak.

onzatrip
Ive done that all you have to do is sand it down primer a couple of layers and then put gloss white on a couple of layers.
