Report him to the police.

He may have had a right to remove you from property if you were causing a nuisance, but not to use unreasonable force.

Does anyone have the "right to remove you from property" if the property is the street? If it's outside his flat he shouldn't be able to....and he definitely can't assault you over it...

It's not in the UK anyway so things work very differently I'd imagine.

From the sounds of it the Police don't like to get involved over there.

What ever you do, don't get mates round to beat the cr'p out of him. Even if the police won't arrest him, they still might arrest you and he is still bigger than you.

My best advice to you is just forget about it, I know it is annoying about your frame and you must be pissed out what he did to you as well by the only thing worth doing, if the justice system over there is as bad as you say it is, is just not riding near there anymore.

P.s. if it happens a second time, take a shot at his balls. If he is already beating the sh't out of you it won't make a difference if you fail, but if you connect you can grab your bike and run off while he is rolling around in pain. Though obvously don't go and start something and then try that (refer to first line).

In all seriousness, that is not cool. He is a big guy, okay fair enough. He probably relies on his size to intimidate people, it worked this time after all. It'd say if you want to do something about it, do one of the following:

1) Take pictures of your wounds, get your friend who saw it to go with you to the police

This is the most "correct" course of action. If you're lucky he might get a fine. However, either way he'll be PISSED if you ever come back there. So if you press charges and go back, be ready to rumble.

2) Go back with more friends (like 4+)

Well this is the confrontational approach. I personally like to avoid confrontation at any time so I would probably not do this. I mean, if he told me once nice enough to leave then I would. If he mistakenly thought I was someone he had already told and threw my bike and tried to hit me... it'd be on. Back to it anyways... go back there, have a good time. Be warned however! You are doing this knowing if he comes out he will be angry. Be ready for a fight. If he's big, take a few seat stems, handle bars or something you arent using at the moment. Make sure all your friends have one and/or are comfortable fighting this piece of shit. When he comes out, don't give him the chance. Hopefully you won't be the one he goes after first. I know its cowardly, but so is what he did, hit the b*****d in the back of the head. It'll hurt more if he doesnt know where it's coming from as well the back of the head is not a legal place to strike in most combat sports because of the vicious damage you can do to someone. It's easy to knock them down or at the very least rock them. Lay in to the guy if you're going to do this. Don't let up until he's slow enough getting up that you and your friends have time to pack your shit, spit on him and leave.

I would highly recommend you don't do this. Eye for an eye doesn't often work out well. But I mean, it all depends on you... he certainly has it coming to him.

Back to your original question though...

Naw, never had any problems biking around. I mean, I cant jump on things or do fancy stuff yet so I dont make a whole lot of noise. Most you hear out of me is a loud thump and a f*ck when I really screw up a bunnyhop. LOL, I hate that damn move almost as much as I love it. I think I'd leave if a person asked me nice enough. I'd probably leave if they didn't ask nicely actually. I don't like confrontation like I said. I have 5+ years of various martial arts experience but I've never been in a street fight because I choose not to be in them. It's simple enough.

A 15 year old will 99% never 'do over' a fully grown man who has already proved he doesnt care about kicking a 15year old.

Its a shitty situation but one you have to deal with. The law is so fukin shit that if you did beat him up, im sure the police will have no trouble arresting you.

Learn from what happened, stay away from the area, at the end of the day getting in a scrap over riding on a wall is hardly worth it is it?

EDIT: lol at all the sub 17/18s who say to beat him up.
