Like said its at a place called buthiers in france. Its rock infested everywhere and people see as people one of the best natural spots. Koxx hold a competition believe thats only for elite and better riders though. But also people just go for the week and laff. Theres a topic on whos going and stuff and when so have a look for that it shouldnt be to many pages back.

can be expensive though, with petrol food accomdation ( or camp) ferry or train spares ect so usually people go in 3's in a car to split costs

Its not, anyone can enter, got categorys for all abilitys, its quite good actually, get to ride some spots you wouldnt normally ride.

Buthiers is a great place to ride, and theres sooo much of it, you WILL NOT get bored

and the best bit, you get to hang about with trials riders from around the world

Never knew that thanks. Ive never been able to go and i was really hopeing i could this year but with lack of money i cant. Next year im deffo going to be going and now i know about the competition i could be nice to enter that.

I wouldnt mind knowing how much people take and how much they spend as im guessing people take extra money incase of a emergency.

Sounds pretty good. Whats the atmosphere like?

Will it be NASS 06 Esq, Music, Booze, Booze, laughs, messing around?

Or will it be pretty tame, Couple sesible drinks, early night, training, quiet, ect??

Is there a set campsite that require booking, or do you turn up and find a feild?

Im interested, might try and come along

Last year, if i remember correctly, i spent £135 on everything (petrol, channel tunnel, food and entry fees). And i wasn't even being frugle with my money at all, to be honest.

I counted it all up when i got back and i was really surprised to find i'd spend such a little amount...

Mate, it is the total opposite.

As for camping, we are supposed to book and pay however, seeing as we can usually get away without paying, we don't. Basically... :P

Cheers,

Joe.

Costs wise, we're thinking it could be as low as £18 for fuel each (1000 miles between 3 of us), about £12 ferry each, then spend maybe £30 on food, camp for free. And £10-20 or something on comp entry and stuff if you can be bothered.

Cheap ferries & LPG and marmite haha.

But yeah as Dave said, it's a week or so of a group of loud english people having a right laugh, riding a plenty, with a hilarious comp at the end. :)
