steve@banbury-trials Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 theres usually a couple of notches on one side of the freewheel,if you put a screwdriver in one of these notches at about 45degrees and tap it clockwise with a hammer it should come undone ,if not try tapping it it counter clockwise.im sure someone will tell you which way.once open take it apart and lay it in order on the work surface and just clean any muck of the nners and then re-assemble,just remember to put light oril or wd40 in before you tighten the lockring.hope this helps mate,steve Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
