Peperami
Right, have sawed flatheads into the bolts (all the way to the bottom) and they are properly fused in. Have tried turning them with flatheads, bars, chisels, and not moving a bit...

shovel
grind the heads off and grab what's left with mole grips!
Si-man
What hub is it?Spray lots of Wd40 etc on it to loosen it. I'm sure if its a hope the bolt holes are fully drilled through, easier access for penetrants.
TOBY-E
Ty some mole grips, they worked for me and i rounded every single bolt off.If you dont have any you can buy them for about a tenner' they are quite handy in sticky situations. Then i replaced them with some heavy duty steel one's i borrowed from school.
