CallumC
Good Evening!! As you may have gathered from the title I'm new to the trials scene, although I have admired it from afar for a number of years now I have only just recently bit the bullet and bought my self a stock mission reefer, nothing fancy, is as it came out the factory as far as I know, but seems good enough to get me started. Being a novice to this style of riding I realise I have a lot to learn so was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a decent site giving advice on developing riding skills/techniques. I've been on this site http://users.aber.ac.uk/sjs99/bike/index.html before but seems a little out of date to be honest! Also any tips/advice on bike set up would be much appreciated.cheersCallum

matt middler
You should learn to balance first, otherwise trying to do anything else will be more difficult without balance.

Ben John-Hynes
Firstly, welcome to the forum mate!Stick to the rules and you'll be validated in no time!Secondly, you should first learn to balance on your bike in any situationThen with this balance your trials skills will begin to develop. The way i learned how to ride trials was by watching people who live near me ride, also go onto youtube and type bike trials!Watchin things like this will mke you aware of the moves/skills needed!Trashzen.com is also a very good website(as stated above!)Ben
AshleyB
I think you just need to get out with other riders thats the best way to learn, and most riders will be willing to help you out with your riding, get a post up on here to find a crowd near to you and just get out there!!AshleyBspelling edit sorry.
