Captain Scarlet
I do love the forks, they really make the bike stand out.But the frame is not as low as the 4 bolt version, which of course is the main factor ( )I'm still against all the weight freaks, its just not worth it in my opinion.Put a bashplate on it and forget about a bashring. Ticker
Very nice bike but i think you,ve gone just a bit mad on the weight losing side of things.not too keen on the forks, i think it would look nice with a pair of lites and also, put on a bashplate/ring or you could risk breaking chain or freewheel. BenLeacock™
Muels trying to beat tarty adam with the weight, theres alot more coming He's got some other forks, what ive worked out is he is going to make it as light as possible (these forks are ovusaly lighter) then he has braggin rights over adam, so he will put the echo forks on and keep the carbon ones nice. I'm putting the Echo forks back on today everyone, I want to keep the carbons looking nice, so comment about the bike, not the forks. DO IT! Max! Maybe, it'd light enough already, I just put the echo forks on and they are better for front wheel moves and gaps, as they have a longer steerer but shorter leg's so the bb is slightly lower and the head angle is a bit steeper, and when you stamp on the pedals before a big gap the front wheel doesn't hit you in the face. But for compy/rocky/hoppy type stuff, the carbons own. It's probably 9kg now, if I tried to do all the stuff you said, things would start breaking, but thanks, there are some very good ideas in there which I hadn't heard/thought about before, which I have highlighted. The reason I havn't done anything else is I have no need, and don't really want to, I need to save for my motorbike test, so there will only be minor changes for this comp season.Maybe big changes for next season... You have out done your self yet again mannn.......i love ur steeds Thanks dude.

Muel
What rotors are those, Monty ones?It just so happens I have two sat in my bedroom... Only a 24g weight saving, and they don't ride as nice as the standard ones IMO.I could get a lot more grams to the pound for doing stuff like, grips. £5 for 50g. (Rotors, £60 for 24g, in other words, £2.50 a gram.)
