NVWOCI WVS
damn, hoew did that happen?looks like my ankle after basketbal sprain a few weeks ago!if im being honest, it was on a bmx not a trials bike...nosepicking on the top of some sketchy ghetto ramp and the front wheel slipped out, put my foot out, it got caught inbetween two pallets and rolled my ankle round, making a lovely tendon-ripping crunchy sound

Mark W
Buy buy buy!Did mine last September, and I always wear that brace now. It's really good, no loss of movement apart from when you do a "about to tear my ankle open again" movement, where it resists. Such a good product, fully recommend it! Mark W
No "May" about it, just get one. You honestly don't notice it's on until you do a rolling motion with your ankle and it doesn't tweak it out, hurt, or anything like that. They're so, so good, and are literally 100% better than getting your ankle 'fixed', going out, riding, tweaking it again and being out for at least 2 weeks. But, fair play anyway.Get well soon, Sam .BOTH my ankles are f**ked now due to numerous sprains and breaks on both (mainly from football i must admit). But i wear ankle supports on both ankles now pretty much every ride just because they're that f**ked .Cheers,Joe.

Tomm
QUOTE (joe b @ Feb 9 2008, 11:53 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Metatarsals arent as succeptable to things like this, though, because they are not at a major joint like the ankle. But, fair play anyway. Some of the main tendons from your leg run on the outside of your ankle and attach to the fifth metatarsal. When you roll your ankle, it is possible to snap your 5th metatarsal rather than getting a sprain or a break in your ankle. It's called an inversion fracture.
