Ladd
Mates got one exactly the same as my monty lol
Sponge
Mmm, they look just like the Monty ones. I just get a gut feeling not to trust the quality though. Taiwanese-made parts that involve bearings and rotation don't really scream out much confidence. Bearings aren't too good in quality and materials are pretty cheap inside.I'd probably just spend that extra on an ENO freewheel. (do people still use them these days?) Greetings
Monty, Worldcat, Viz - it's the same freewheel with different colour schemes and writing
Zordon
They can't be the same - my mate and me have got a monty freewheels, they both are very loud. My other two mates got Viz ones - they are silent. I'm not gonna argue whether their internals are the same but there is for sure a difference at least with respect to the amount of grease used - montys seem to almost don't have it. JT!
(do people still use them these days?)Yep. I've heard more bad things about the tensile and try-all than the monty/viz ones.
