It's my favourite mix by far!That was friggin awesome, wish I still had my sub in my car!I bet it would sound good - I played it back on my full system (2kW power) and it sounded good - I record with my monitors which are 500 Watt, which is still powerful but it's much better with my subs and stuff amped up! Get that demo cd sent off!Do you have your own transport?Vinyl would be ideal but I do a lot of touring so carrying 6-7 vinyl bags (Honestly, I have that much, if not more) is not an option. In fact, if I were on vinyl I'd have 2 flightcases (1 Per Deck) 1 Flightcase for the mixer, 7+ Vinyl bags. As it stands I have a coffin case with 2 CD players (Denon DNS-1000) and a 2 channel mixer (Denon DN-X100) and a briefcase style CD case. I prefer Vinyl sound, and do mix on Vinyl in clubs and stuff, but the majority of my work is in bars so I take my stuff, plug it in and go... Pack it up and leave.And transport - yeah - a DMR Rhythm lol. Nah seriously, I don't have a car at the moment but I can always get transport when I have gigs - The Mrs. usually comes or my Mum lets me fill her car with gear.When I used to put on my own nights I had to fill two cars with stuff - decoration, speakers, lighting, amps, decks etc... So if need be I can always sort something out.Glad you like it, it's heading to places already - people I'd already been talking to so not just spam - I hope they like it! The mixing process also is almost instant so I find I can keep tracks in the mix a lot longer and spend more time messing around with them.
