Rojo
The '07 does have the holes for snail cams but the holes for them are M5 and most of the snail cams use M6 bolts so you will need to find another set of bolts or ask whoever you buy them from nicely to change the bolts? weebryan
i had the tryall ones and the drive side kept moving and making the chain coming slack so i bought the cnc version with the jaggy profile and works a treat but i only used the jaggy one on the drive side and a smooth one on the other for better adjustment i got mine from here Edited February 3, 2008 by weebryan
cai
Nath, you'll have to get pretty big snailcams to fit your bike, unless you shorten your chain a wee-bit. (My monty snail cams were fine untill the chain streched a little and then they couldn't reach the bolts any more. And i ride the 07 t-comp, so it would proberly be the same story)As for the m5 bolts Tarty sell them for a pound - HereI've bent and snapped both my onza tensioners, brought some gusset/4jeri ones and the haven't failed me yet.Gusset Tensioners - There only £6, and are alot sronger than other tensioners due to them being steel (there no onza cheese). Trust me Nath.

They were excellent. I don't think i'd use the toothless ones as i feel they'd slip.

But my point is still valid, he needs to get big snail cams or stick to the 'standard' tensioners.

JT!
ive used monty cams on both my xtps....my adamant a3 and my ko.....you are wrong jt...They do work, but arn't ideal becuase of the problems as stated above. But yeah so long as your wheel is close into the dropouts they're fine.
Dave Anscombe
My wheel is almost falling out the drop outs and i still have plenty to play with on the monty snail cams dave x
padarik
ive used monty cams on both my xtps....my adamant a3 and my ko.....you are wrong jt... to be fair though , all those frames have short drop outs compared to the t-pro , personly i would use larger ones either way
