push ups are great i find for getting toned up, can do them in your bedroom fine

also squat thrusts? either way get your palms on the edge of your bath stretch your legs out onto the balls of your feet and let yourself down as low as possible and back up.

a rep of 30 kills me but theres a noticeable difference after every session.

ideally when you run the bath too hot and waiting for a good cold/hot water ratio ^_^

Thats what i do when im waiting for the bath but it goes to pot when i have a shower instead! And for some reason push ups REALLY f**k up my left wrist.

Last year I started riding my XC bike 9 road miles a night mon to thurs (missed friday, down the pub :P) and say one 20 mile ride at the weekend. Drank loads of water and ate as much fruit as i could. Felt a hell of a lot better but never got rid of the f**king belly.

Aren't they triceps dips? They are a bitch, I am following this Army programme thing that came with the Guardian which is a really good workout, it's six weeks long and consists of press-ups, running, step ups, twist sit ups, sit ups, squats, dorsal rasies, lunges and pull ups. There might be a copy of it somewhere on the internet. Maybe the army website?

Eating a lot of fruit isn't always a good thing, as they contain a lot of sugars that, if not used, would be converted to fat?

I may be wrong there though...
